Meet & Greet Details

At this year’s Fan Festival in London, we have scheduled a number of meet and greet sessions featuring various members of the FFXIV team and our musical guest performers, who will appear in multiple sessions throughout Saturday and Sunday. Please note due to the size of the event that we will not be able to accommodate all attendees. In our effort to create a fair system, tickets to each session will be raffled via QR code randomly. The QR code can be found within the goody bag that you can collect from the info counter on Saturday and Sunday after you have scanned your ticket to enter the venue. By scanning the QR code, you will be able to view information regarding each meet and greet session time, type of session (photo or signing), and the attending guests.

To ensure that everyone with a winning ticket can participate in their session, please ensure that you arrive on time at the meet and greet area (see the map provided in your Event Guide Booklet – Number 3). Winning ticket holders who arrive after the starting time of their session may be denied participation. During signing sessions personal items cannot be autographed, but two commemorative mini posters will be prepared and provided. We appreciate your understanding.

Upon scanning the provided QR code, please select your preferred meet and greet slots. There is no limit to the number of slots you can apply for. Raffles will take place one to two hours prior to the meet and greet session. Please make sure to scan the QR code a second time one to two hours prior to the meet and greet to see if you have won one of your choices. Please remember that each attendee can only win one meet and greet slot.
