Security check and entry into the queue hall will begin at 8:00 AM. Attendees will be led from the queue hall into the main hall at 10:00 AM.
To speed up the security check process, there are restrictions on the size of bags that attendees may bring so we recommend leaving your bags at home or at your hotel. Please refer to the upcoming registration & security news announcement for full details.

Attendees must visit the registration located in North Hall 8 to have their tickets scanned and identification verified.

Various fun activities will be available for attendees to enjoy at the event. Activities begin once the show doors open and will close before the THE PRIMALS concert begins.
Attendees will be able to purchase a variety of FFXIV goods from the merchandise store. The event is cashless so please bring debit/credit cards or digital forms of payment. Payment will be accepted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) only.
The store opens once the show doors open and will close for the day once preparations for the concerts begin on each day.
