General Schedule

• Queue Begins & Show Doors Open

  7:00 AM - 9:00 AM PDT

  Security check and entry into the queue hall will begin at 7:00 AM. Attendees will be led from the queue hall into the main hall at 9:00 AM to begin participating in the event.

  To speed up the security check process, there are restrictions on the size of bags that attendees may bring so we recommend leaving your bags at home or hotel. Refer to the registration & security news announcement for full details.

• Registration

  9:00 AM - 4:00 PM PDT

  Attendees must visit the registration room located on the 2nd floor to have their tickets scanned and identification verified.

  Once checked-in, attendees will receive their event wristband and goody bag. Refer to the registration & security news announcement for full details.

• Event Activities

  9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PDT

  Various fun activities will be available for attendees to participate in at the event. Activities will be available once the doors open and will conclude for the day once preparations for the concert begin.

• Merchandise Store

  9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PDT

  Attendees will be able to purchase a variety of FFXIV goods from the merchandise store. The event is cashless so please bring credit cards or digital forms of payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
