We are calling upon all the skilled fashion designers in the realm to set the trends for Spring 2019! It’s time to go shopping, crafting and farming to find the best pieces and put together the most fashionable outfit! Our models will showcase the finalists’ attire on stage in a very special catwalk show at Fan Festival and attendees and stream viewers will vote for their favourite looks to choose the winners!

FINAL FANTASY XIV PARIS FANFEST 2019 GLAMOUR CONTEST (THE “PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES

KEY RULES

A. C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 13 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between 15 October 2018 at 13:01 (BST) / 12:01 (GMT) and 07 January 2019 at 11:59 GMT (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• You must have and maintain your own active FINAL FANTASY XIV (the “Game”) European service account.
• Dress your Game character in an outfit based on the theme “Spring Collection 2019 in Eorzea.”
• Take a screenshot (“Screenshot”) of your character wearing the outfit.
• Submit the Screenshot to Sponsor by visiting https://sqex.to/EUFanFest2019GlamourContest to upload the Screenshot and provide the following information:
  • Character name o World o Name of each item used for the glamour as well as the dye(s) used.
  • Screenshot of the character wearing the outfit o Choice of emote to be perform by the model on stage
  • Choice of in-Game item you would like to receive if selected as a finalist from among the following options:
    • Scarf of Wondrous Wit
    • Ahriman Choker
    • Mandragora Choker
    • Bluebird Earring
    • Noble Barding
    • Gaelicap

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select ten (10) finalists from among all entries based on the following elements:

• Originality of the outfit in the Screenshot
• Creativity of the outfit in the Screenshot
• Artistic elements of outfit in the Screenshot

Sponsor will create a video showing the finalists and play the video during Final Fantasy XIV FanFest in Paris, France on 02 February 2019.

Winners will be selected using the following methodology:

• FanFest attendees will vote for their favourite finalist outfit for a limited time as directed by Sponsor during the event.
• Twitch FanFest viewers will vote for their favourite finalist outfit via Twitch chat once the showcase is concluded for a limited time as directed by Sponsor.
• Sponsor will tally all votes. The finalist with the most votes will be the grand prize winner. The finalists with the second- and third-most votes will be second prize winners. The remaining finalists will be runner-up prize winners.

G. Prize(s): Winner shall receive the following prize(s):

• Grand Prize Winner:
  • Modern Aesthetics – Strife (virtual in-Game item, no retail value)
  • Scarf of Wondrous Wit (virtual in-Game item, no retail value)

Prizes will be delivered via Moogle Delivery (in-Game delivery system) on or around 3 March 2019.

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about 3 February 2019 via public announcement at Paris FanFest 2019 followed by a news post on the FanFest website and individualized notification in the form of prize delivery via Mog Station.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
